Job summary

Lodha is hiring a Snagging and Handover Executive in Pune to manage snagging, de-snagging and handover of flats from Construction Management to customers. You will issue keys, keep meticulous records, and ensure readiness of apartments and common areas through Civil finishing and MEP checks.

You will support pre- and post-possession interactions, ensure KYC compliance, interact with customers in person or by phone, and generate MIS reports while coordinating vendor invoices for smooth project

Qualifications

• Experience in snagging and de-snagging of flats and common areas.
• Familiar with handover processes from construction to customer delivery.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and generate MIS reports.
