Job summary

Siddha Group Jaipur is seeking a hands-on Handover Coordinator to ensure flats are ready for possession by coordinating with site, maintenance and housekeeping to complete, clean and defect-free handovers. You will verify utilities, verify keys and fittings, prepare snag lists, and ensure timely rectification, while maintaining physical and digital handover records.

• Coordinate with site, maintenance and housekeeping to ensure flats are completed, cleaned and defect-free before handover.
• Verify utilities (electricity, water, fittings, keys) before handover.
• Maintain and update handover status reports and track pending handovers.
• Present periodic reports on possession progress and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all required documents are in place and records are maintained.

• Coordinate with site and maintenance teams to ensure flats are completed, cleaned, and defect-free before handover.
• Verify utilities (electricity, water, fittings, keys, etc.) before handover.
• Maintain and update daily/weekly handover status reports; track pending handovers and highlight delays.
• Present weekly/monthly reports on possession progress and customer satisfaction scores; achieve targets.
• Ensure all required documents are in place and maintain proper records (physical and digital).
• Coordinate with finance and CRM for clearance and final confirmation; liaise with project, maintenance, and security teams during handover.

• Ensure all required documents (NOC, payment clearance, possession letter, key handover checklist, etc.) are in place. Maintain proper records of handovers-both physical and digital copies
• Coordinate with finance and CRM for clearance and final confirmation. Liaise with project, maintenance, and housekeeping teams for flat readiness. Coordinate with security and facility teams for access and support during handover
