Job summary

RELT-Realty seeks a Manager to lead Facility Management and Handover operations in Mumbai. The role focuses on coordinating customer inspections, handovers, and defect resolution across multiple flats, ensuring a smooth transition from construction to possession, with emphasis on quality and documentation.

You will liaise with CRM, project teams, and maintenance to ensure timely slot bookings, inspections, and post-handover defect rectifications, while maintaining records and reporting progress

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Description

Resident Interaction and customer Handover:

• Co ordination with the CRM for the customer inspection and handover slot bookings.


• Handling customer complaints and queries during the handover or inspection and assuring all the mentioned issues have been rectified.


• Assuring smooth and efficient transition of flats from the construction phase to the possession phase


• Co-ordination with the project team to track the progress of individual flats and ensure that they are completed in all aspects for a smooth inspection and handover.


• Conduct thorough inspections to identify any deficiencies, defects, or quality issues that need to be addressed before handover.


• Maintaining accurate records of flat inspections, identified issues, and the resolution process.


• Manage the defect rectification process post-handover by coordinating with project team to ensure timely resolution of any issues that may arise after possession.


• Regular reports to be prepared on handover progress, including the refurbishment status of individual flats, key handover details, track of the overall data (sold & unsold units, PDL raised, 100% payment done, Registration & possession done units).


• Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the quality of the company by delivering satisfactory customer service through solving all their issues and concerns.


• Coordinating with the maintenance team and assuring and guiding them in timely collection of CAM.
