The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key hotel accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and expanding Kimirica’s presence across assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with key hotel clients, including luxury, 5-star, and premium hospitality properties. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Build long-term partnerships that drive repeat business and customer loyalty.


• Drive sales growth and revenue generation through existing and new hotel accounts. Identify, approach, and onboard new hotel clients across assigned regions. Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize business opportunities.


• Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of client concerns.


• Collaborate with production, logistics, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order execution and service delivery. Coordinate internally to meet customer expectations and delivery timelines.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Identify emerging opportunities and provide market insights to support business growth. Contribute to sales planning and territory development initiatives.


• Handle pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract closures. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Ensure profitable business growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.
