Job summary

PBPartners (A Brand of Policybazaar) is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager for Motor Dealership Field Sales to drive growth through dealership partnerships and insurance distribution. You will acquire and manage motor dealerships, nurture stakeholder relationships, and push insurance products via the PBPartners platform.

The role requires building strong dealership networks, delivering training, and meeting monthly targets across PAN India.

Qualifications

• Experience in motor insurance and dealership distribution.
• Ability to acquire and onboard motor dealerships and build strong relationships.
• Willingness to train dealership staff and drive sales through PBPartners.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage motor dealerships for insurance distribution via PBPartners.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners, managers, and stakeholders.
• Promote motor insurance products and drive business through dealership channels.
• Conduct regular visits to dealerships to ensure engagement and targets.
• Provide training and guidance to dealership staff on PBPartners products and processes.
• Track performance metrics and strive to achieve monthly business targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, activation, and issue resolution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
