• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.

Responsibilities

• One point of contact for the clients, serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
• Develop trust and maintain relationships with major clients.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, translate them to the design team.
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
• Follow up with clients for new projects.
• Coordinate with the production and finance team, ensure the products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner and keep them updated with the status of their service weekly.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
• Prepare regular reports of progress, revenue and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
