Job summary

Provilac is seeking a Store In-charge at its Pune factory to manage stock documentation and inventory records. You will track raw materials, stock movement and consumption, maintaining accurate records and coordinating with Accounts and Godown teams.

Qualifications include a graduate, 1-2 years in store/inventory, experience in FMCG/dairy preferred, and strong MS Excel skills. The role requires 6 days work with 10am-7pm timing.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; related fields preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Store, Inventory, Warehouse or Manufacturing operations.
• Experience in FMCG, Dairy, Food Processing or Manufacturing preferred.
• Good knowledge of stock documentation, inventory reconciliation and material consumption tracking.
• Proficiency in Advance MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, stock, consumption and material movement.
• Document daily inward, outward and consumption of materials.
• Track raw material usage against production requirements and identify variances.
• Maintain and update stock registers, inventory records and related documentation.
• Coordinate with the Godown team for stock availability, movement and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Accounts for stock records, consumption data and inventory-related documentation.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with records.
• Prepare daily/weekly stock and consumption reports.
• Monitor stock discrepancies, wastage and unusual movements and report them to the concerned team.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely flow of stock-related information between Factory, Godown and Accounts.
