Job summary

LEAMS Education in India is seeking a Junior Site Engineer Trainee (Civil) to support project teams and supervise daily construction activities.

You will take site measurements, maintain records, coordinate with subcontractors, and assist QA/QC under supervision.

Fresher to 1 year of experience with a B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering is required to join our growing construction projects.

Qualifications

• Fresher to 1 year of civil engineering experience.
• Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Engineers in supervising daily construction activities.
• Monitor labour work and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
• Take site measurements and maintain measurement records.
• Prepare daily work progress reports and update site registers.
• Check levels, alignment, dimensions, and basic quality of civil works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and the site store for materials and tools.
• Support QA/QC inspections and rectify observations under supervision.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to safety procedures.
• Attend site meetings and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Perform any other site-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.
