Job summary

LEAMS Education is seeking a Site Engineer Trainee (Civil) to assist the Site Engineer and Project Manager in daily site activities and project coordination. Freshers or up to 1 year of experience are welcome.

The candidate will supervise civil works, check drawings, monitor productivity, take measurements, and ensure QA/QC and safety on site. Training provided on-site and exposure to project execution processes.

Qualifications

• B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.
• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience.
• Willing to work at project sites and learn on the job.
• Good understanding of drawings, QA/QC, and safety basics.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Engineer and Project Manager in day-to-day site activities.
• Supervise ongoing civil works and ensure work is carried out as per drawings.
• Monitor labour productivity and report daily progress.
• Take site measurements and maintain measurement records.
• Check levels, dimensions, and quality of executed work.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the store for material requirements.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.
• Follow QA/QC procedures and rectify minor quality issues under guidance.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and company policies at site.
• Attend site meetings and support project coordination activities.
