Job summary

SOFAR is seeking a Junior/Senior Marketing Manager to support regional B2B marketing communications and brand growth across the India market. You will develop regional marketing plans, coordinate events, digital campaigns, and content for installers, distributors, EPCs, partners and business customers.

You will collaborate with sales, product and technical teams to tailor campaigns, track performance and drive brand visibility in solar and energy storage segments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing communications experience, preferably in B2B.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields.
• Fluent in English; Hindi or other local Indian languages are a plus.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-growing international environment.

• Support market research, competitor tracking and customer insight collection in the India solar market.
• Track campaign performance, prepare post-campaign reports and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
