Invest Value Finctech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Junior Recruitment Specialist to join our team for a hybrid role serving Gurgaon and Mumbai. The position starts immediately and requires experience in recruitment, with exposure to banking/financial services.

You will source, screen, and interview candidates, coordinate interviews, and help build a pipeline of talent while maintaining accurate records. Health insurance and a 5-day work week are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Applicants must be from Gurgaon or Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit for positions.
• Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
