Job summary

Opstree is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with hands-on expertise in technical hiring across DevOps, Cloud, SRE, Backend, and related engineering roles. You will own end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, candidate assessment, and hiring strategy to build a strong tech team.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, building talent pipelines, and maintaining dashboards and reports to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical roles (DevOps, SRE, Cloud, Backend, QA, etc.).
• Use Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Boolean search, GitHub/StackOverflow, and internal databases.
• Build talent pipelines for niche and high-demand skills.
• Understand job requirements, tech stack, and team needs.
• Provide market insights, hiring feasibility, and candidate availability.
• Conduct detailed technical screenings and assess communication, culture fit, and skill alignment.
• Coordinate technical interviews, assessments, and follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and daily/weekly reports.
• Improve hiring turnaround time and enhance candidate experience.
