We'll look to you for:
  • Performing daily monitoring of assigned application dashboards in Dynatrace
  • Logging and classifying all incoming incidents in ServiceNow accurately
  • Applying approved runbook procedures to resolve defined incidents (e.g., service restarts, log file clearing, connectivity checks)
  • Participating in OS patching windows and conducting pre- and post-patch health checks
  • Assisting senior engineers with post-incident documentation, such as timelines and log extracts
  • Actively participating in knowledge transfer sessions and application onboarding activities
  • Joining the 24x7 on-call rotation for critical incidents
All about you

  • Foundational IT skills, such as Linux command line basics, TCP/IP fundamentals, and the ability to read and interpret application logs
  • Experience using a ticketing or ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) for incident logging

  • Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python or Bash) – nice to have
  • Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana) or familiarity with container/cloud environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Azure) – nice to have
