Alstom in Bengaluru invites engineers to join its system engineering team, applying processes to ensure that rail systems meet defined needs and align across programs. You’ll develop plans and specifications and support RAMS, V&V, and cross‑functional design reviews with ATS, CBTC, and other Métier engineers.
The role emphasizes collaboration, English communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a global environment, with a path toward Senior System Engineer or System Design Manager
At Alstom, we understand transport networks and what moves people. From high-speed trains, metros, monorails, and trams, to turnkey systems, services, infrastructure, signalling, and digital mobility, we offer our diverse customers the broadest portfolio in the industry. Every day, 80,000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.

You’ll specifically take care of applying system engineering processes while ensuring technical support for Verification and Validation (V&V), but also interacting with other System Engineers and Métier engineers to ensure the design fits the intended architecture.
