Job summary

NKT Operations is seeking a detail-oriented Tender Analyst to support Tender Project Managers and Key Account Managers in preparing documentation, analysing specifications, and assisting pricing activities.

You will help centralise tender tasks, maintain tools, and enhance processes to handle more tenders efficiently. Over time, there is potential to own tenders and engage with clients directly.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in tendering and cost estimation.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with cost calculation or tender tools.
• Experience with Power BI, Qlik Sense, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pre-qualification documents and proposal deliverables.
• Review tender specifications and prepare deviation lists.
• Support cost estimation and prepare price indications.
• Assist in risk analysis and competitor/price analysis.
• Maintain and improve tools, processes, and documentation.
