Production Engineer to plan, monitor, and supervise daily production activities and ensure targets and quality standards are met. The role requires coordinating with maintenance to minimize downtime and using ERP/Google Sheets for reporting. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Mechanical engineering with 1–5 years of experience, and will work from the Vadodara location, collaborating with Quality, Stores and Planning teams to improve

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and supervise daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
• Prepare and maintain daily production reports in ERP and Google Sheet.
• Update production data and track inventory using ERP software.
• Coordinate with the Quality, Stores, and Planning departments.
• Monitor raw material consumption and reduce process waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Train and guide machine operators on production processes and work instructions.
