Job summary

The role involves shift-based stock control, packing, labeling, and ensuring SOP-compliant handling of both perishable and non-perishable goods. Responsibilities include maintaining stock records, generating MIS reports, coordinating with the Ops team, and upholding HSE

• Engineering graduates preferred.
• Experience in cold chain / temperature controlled warehouse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day stock management, receipts and storage as per shift duties.
• Ensure correct storage according to temperature zones.
• Maintain stock records as per SOPs and prepare reports/MIS.
• Initiate liquidation of slow-moving items per SOPs.
• Handle packing, repacking and labeling during shifts.
• Coordinate with Ops to minimize stock losses.
• Implement SOPs for perishable/non-perishable handling.
• Prepare and submit various reports and MIS during shifts.
• Maintain unit-level HSE standards and safe practices.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job description

• 1. Handling day to day activities of stock management, receipt, storage issues etc during assigned shift.
• 2. Ensuring appropriate storage in terms of temperature zone.
• 3. Management and maintenance of stock records as per SOPs.
• 4. Initiate stock liquidation (handling of non / slow moving items) as per SOPs.
• 5. Handle all activities related to packing / repacking, labelling etc. of stock during the shift
• 6. Coordinate with other members of Ops team to ensure zero loss to stock.
• 7. Ensure implementation of SOPs in terms of handling perishable / non-perishable items.
• 8. Handle activities related to preparation and submission of various reports, MIS etc. during assigned shifts.
• 9. Maintenance of HSE at unit level.
• 10. Any other task assigned time to time.

Experience - Freshers may apply

Education - Full Time Graduate (Any Discipline) or 2 years MBA or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma# in Management (Logistics)

Preferred Experience - Applicants having experience in cold chain / temperature controlled warehouse operations will be preferred

Preferred Qualification - Engineering Graduate
