Job summary

FlexBoard is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer to monitor, maintain, and support network infrastructure for reliability and availability. The role involves real-time monitoring, issue identification, troubleshooting, incident escalation, routine maintenance, and controlled changes to network systems.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in CS/IT or equivalent experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with network management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• Training or practical experience in network monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of network management tools and technologies.
• Ability to monitor networks, interpret alerts, troubleshoot issues, and support incident response.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or other relevant network certifications are desirable.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

The Network reputed company Center (NOC) Engineer is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting network infrastructure to ensure reliable reputed company, availability, and operational continuity. Job Qualifications
