Job summary

Magnasoft in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Senior BIM Modeller (MEPF) to independently manage, deliver, and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM projects for international clients.

You will model MEP systems in Revit to LOD 500, perform Scan-to-BIM conversions, run Navisworks clash detection, and guide junior modellers while coordinating with clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BIM modelling experience for MEPF projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM workflows across international projects.
• Familiarity with BIM standards and BEP/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• BIM Modeling & Delivery: create MEPF models in Revit from LOD 300 to LOD 500.
• Scan-to-BIM & 2D Conversion: convert drawings and point clouds into BIM models.
• Coordination & Clash Detection: perform clash checks using Navisworks and coordinate across disciplines.
• Documentation & QA/QC: generate shop/spool drawings and ensure BEP compliance.
• Team & Stakeholder Guidance: mentor junior modellers and support client coordination calls.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior BIM Modeller (MEPF) to independently manage, deliver, and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM projects for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• BIM Modeling & Delivery: Create detailed MEPF (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection) models in Revit ranging from LOD 300 to LOD 500.
• Scan-to-BIM & 2D Conversion: Convert 2D drawings and point cloud data (RCP/RCS) into coordinated BIM models.
• Coordination & Clash Detection: Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks Manage; coordinate across Architectural and Structural disciplines.
• Documentation & QA/QC: Generate shop drawings, spool drawings, and construction documentation. Conduct internal QA/QC checks to ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Team & Stakeholder Guidance: Mentor junior BIM modellers and participate in technical client coordination calls.

Key Skills Required

• Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage.
• Hands-on experience with Scan-to-BIM (min. 2 years) and ACC / BIM 360.
• Strong knowledge of LOD 200500, ISO 19650 concepts, and international BIM standards.
