Axirium Aerospace is seeking a Senior Executive – Human Resources to manage end-to-end HR activities in our fast-growing aerospace manufacturing setup in Hyderabad. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management and exit processes.

You will support early-stage operations, implement policies, manage recruitment for technical and shop-floor roles, maintain records, and drive engagement while partnering with Production, Quality, and Engineering

Qualifications

• MBA in HR; Labour/Industrial Relations preferred.
• 1–3 years of HR operations and talent management experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving manufacturing setup.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations in a growing manufacturing setup, implementing processes and policies.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding for technical and shop-floor roles.
• Bridge management and workforce to enable clear communication and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and applicable labour laws.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reports.
• Operate Zoho HRMS (Zoho People) for data, attendance, and leave tracking.
• Assist in performance management and lifecycle processes.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to building HR systems, SOPs, and scalable processes.

About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Executive – Human Resources to manage and execute end-to-end HR activities in a fast-growing aerospace manufacturing setup. The role will cover the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management and exit processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR operations in an early-stage manufacturing setup, including process and policy implementation.


• Manage recruitment and onboarding for technical and shop-floor roles.


• Act as a bridge between management and the workforce to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.


• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, and applicable labour laws.


• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reports.


• Manage and operate Zoho HRMS (Zoho People) for employee data management, attendance, leave tracking, and workflow approvals.


• Assist in performance management and employee lifecycle processes.


• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives across departments.


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, and Engineering.


• Contribute to building HR systems, SOPs, and scalable processes.

Location: Hyderabad, India (On-site).

Required:
