Job summary

Styrenix Performance Materials Limited is seeking a Polymer Scientist to contribute to new product development and data-driven decision making. You will analyze qualified grades, propose development ideas, and generate data for peer evaluation.

You will liaise with the marketing team to transfer results, justify grades for further trials, and collect trial results. You will also work on maximizing productivity of new equipment to deliver high-quality lab data.

Qualifications

• Education: B Sc/B tech in Polymer & Technology
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience
• Technical skills: Practical knowledge of polymer compounding techniques, molding instruments & polymer characterization

Responsibilities

• New product development for target industry; analyze grades to identify new development areas.
• Coordinate with marketing team; transfer results and justify grades for further trials.
• Utilize new equipment to generate quality data for business support.
