Job summary

Seoyon E HWA Automotive in India is seeking a quality specialist with strong colour matching skills and hands-on experience in paint shop QC instruments like X-Rite and gloss meters. The role requires understanding bumper painting defects and process controls across three shifts.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving using 8D and Why-Why analyses, and effective communication with customers on standards and specifications. Basic bumper assembly knowledge is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of colour matching and ability to justify visual appearance.
• Hands-on experience with paint shop QC instruments such as X-Rite meter and gloss meter for measurement and analysis.
• Good understanding of bumper painting appearance defects and troubleshooting techniques.
• Thorough knowledge of the bumper painting process.
• Good communication skills to interact with customers regarding standards and specifications.
• Problem-solving using quality tools such as the 8D and Why-Why analysis with countermeasure preparation.
• Basic knowledge of bumper assembly processes.
• General shift activities and control of the three shift painting process.
