Job summary

Flex is seeking a Junior Engineer - Engineering Change Management in Pune to support product changes across manufacturing lines. You will collaborate with engineering, production, and suppliers to finalize ECOs, update BOMs, and ensure documentation accuracy.

The role requires 0–2 years in manufacturing (EMS preferred), BE in Electronics, and strong communication. Night shifts may be required. Flex offers health insurance, paid time off, and a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Creates, implements and finalizes ECOs and updates system changes
• Maintains BOMs, parts drawings, ECOs, process alerts and other documents
• Coordinates ECO status with customers and implements cost changes and dates
• Ensures compliance with document control policies and procedures
• Ensures data accuracy and completeness of logbooks, reports and distributions
• Manages and tracks product configuration and manufacturing/customer requirements
• Acts as interface between program manager, engineering, manufacturing and materials

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Junior Engineer - Engineering Change Management located in Pune.

What a typical day looks like

• Creates, implements and finalizes engineering change orders (ECO's) and makes system changes.
• Performs file maintenance of BOM's, parts drawings, ECO's, process alerts and other customer documents.
• Coordinates ECO status with customer and implements cost changes and effective dates.
• Ensures projects are in compliance with document control policies and procedures.
• Ensures data accuracy and completeness of documentation including logs, reports and distribution.
• Manages and tracks product configuration and manufacturing/customer requirements.
• Responsible for interface between program manager, engineering, manufacturing and materials to ensure appropriate changes are documented.

The experience we're looking to add to our team

• Minimum 0- 2 years of experience as a in a Manufacturing set up, preferably in EMS industry
• B.E Electronics and Communication Engineering / EEE / Electronics
• Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook
• Sound Knowledge on technical subject.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Very Good analytical and logical reasoning skills
• Good Attitude
• Ready to work in night shifts.
