Job summary

Flex, located in Pune, seeks a Junior Engineer – Engineering Change Management to support NPI and ECO processes. You will create part numbers, assemblies, and control documentation in Agile/Baan, coordinate with engineering and materials teams, and manage ECOs for multiple manufacturing sites.

Strong English communication, PLM familiarity, and MS Office skills are required. The role is based in Pune with a focus on ECO release, BOM management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely

Qualifications

• B.E. (EEE/ECE) with 1+ year experience as NPI/ECO engineer in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in NPI, ECO, BOM management.
• Experience with PLM software linked to the ECO process.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Create part numbers for BOM in Agile & Baan systems.
• Create AVL in Agile & Baan systems.
• Process ECOs during NPI for new changes and release to production.
• Release part lists to production for new models post-ECOs.
• Manage ECOs for manufacturing sites globally.
• Use PLM for ECO creation, routing, tracking, release and distribution.
