Job summary

Flextronics in Pune is seeking an Account Clerk to support our finance team. You will process journal entries, post corrections, and extract ERP reports per SOPs, plus prepare Trial Balance, P&L and Balance Sheet reports.

You will perform reconciliations and assist with data analysis to identify automation opportunities. Required: B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA (Finance), strong MS Excel and ERP skills, good English communication, and Marathi/Hindi. Willingness to work in shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance (B.Com/BBA/M.Com/MBA Finance).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems; basic MS Office.
• Good accounting knowledge and understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Marathi/Hindi local language knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process journal transactions as per standard operating procedures.
• Post rectification entries for errors identified by supervisor.
• Extract reports from the ERP system per SOPs.
• Generate Trial Balance, P&L and Balance Sheet reports.
• Perform reconciliation of sub-modules vs Trial Balance.
• Assist financial teams on basic macros and data analysis.
• Willing to work in a complex environment with tight deadlines.
