Job summary

Flextronics in Pune is seeking a Junior Engineer – Engineering Change Management to create, implement, and finalize ECOs, and to manage BOMs and related documentation. You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure cost changes and effective dates are implemented accurately.

The role requires 0–2 years in a manufacturing environment (EMS preferred), BE in Electronics/EEE, strong MS Office skills, and readiness to work night shifts. Health benefits and PTO are included.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement and finalize ECOs and update systems
• Maintain BOMs, drawings, ECOs, process alerts and other documents
• Coordinate ECO status with customers and implement cost changes
• Ensure projects comply with document control policies and procedures
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness of documentation including logs and distribution
• Manage and track product configuration and manufacturing/customer requirements
• Interface between program manager, engineering, manufacturing and materials to document changes
