Flextronics - The Flex Company in Chennai, India, is seeking an Engineer - GBS Engineering to manage ECOs and broaden NPI efforts. You will use PLM/Agile and BAAN for setup, part numbers and BOMs, coordinate with engineering and materials teams, and release changes to production.

Strong communication, analytical skills, and ERP experience are essential. Rolling responsibilities include reporting, mentoring, and driving process improvements across global manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• B.E in ECE/EEE/E&I with 4+ years of NPI/ECO experience in manufacturing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of IP, copyrights, regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities
