Job summary

Navyblue Resources Integration And Solutions Priva Te Limited is seeking a Junior Engineer Customer Services in Pune to support Engineering Audit & IoT Solutions. You will assist in site surveys, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

The role requires a strong electrical engineering background, documentation skills, and a customer-focused approach to manage communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in electrical engineering fundamentals.
• Familiarity with LT/HT systems, panels, transformers, switchgear, and power distribution.
• Ability to read SLDs, electrical drawings and layouts.
• Basic electrical load calculations and cable sizing.
• Familiarity with energy monitoring systems, IoT solutions, sensors.
• Experience with testing tools: multimeters, clamp meters, Megger, power quality analyzers.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to prepare quotations and technical reports.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Conduct customer site visits to collect technical information, site measurements, photographs, and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed site survey reports and maintain complete project documentation.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations based on customer requirements and site assessments.
• Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) and assist in technical proposal preparation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, and Operations for timely quotations and project execution.
• Follow up with customers regarding submitted quotations and approvals.
• Maintain quotation records, customer databases, and project documentation.
• Assist in Engineering Audit and IoT Solution projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, site visits, and customer meetings.
• Maintain regular communication with customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Energy Audits.
• Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, VFDs, and industrial automation.
• Basic AutoCAD knowledge.
• Understanding of IS and IEC standards.
• CRM software knowledge is an advantage.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel.

Travel Requirement

Minor travel within Pune and nearby locations for customer meetings, site surveys, engineering audits, quotation discussions, and project coordination.
