Job Description

Growloc Pvt Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Electrical Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will involve providing on-site service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and systems to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

• On-site Service and Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance checks and repairs on a variety of electrical equipment.
• Equipment, Including but Not Limited to: Motors, generators, transformers, switchgear, control panels, relay and SMPS wiring, controller wiring.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults using appropriate diagnostic tools.
• Conduct field repairs and replacements of components as needed.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with relevant electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; provide excellent customer service, including clear and concise communication regarding service updates, troubleshooting, and recommendations; address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients over the phone or remotely; assist with system upgrades and installations; document all service activities accurately and completely in company records.
• Travel: Travel to customer sites within and outside of Pune as required (approximately 40% travel time).
• Other Duties: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge; assist with the development and improvement of service procedures and documentation; contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance and repair.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles, including AC/DC circuits, power distribution, and control systems.
• Experience with panel wiring and panel design.
• Knowledge of relevant electrical safety standards (e.g., "NEC, IEC").
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
