Job summary

La Sorogeeka in India is seeking an experienced interior draughtsman to independently manage interior fit-out projects from concept to execution. You will develop GFC drawings aligned with conceptual designs, detailing walls, ceilings, wardrobes, millwork and joinery, and coordinate closely with site teams and consultants.

The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, plus MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint for documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in interior fit-out drawings from concept to execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and MS Office.
• Ability to coordinate with site teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Handle interior fit-out projects independently from drawing development to execution support.
• Prepare accurate GFC drawings based on conceptual designs and project requirements.
• Develop detailed drawings for walls, ceiling finishes, wardrobes, toilets, millwork and joinery.
• Coordinate drawings and technical requirements with site teams, designers, vendors and consultants.
• Review and update drawings per site conditions and design changes.
• Prepare detailed joinery and interior detailing drawings with dimensions and specifications.
• Coordinate MEP services including HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing with interior drawings.
• Support project team in resolving drawing-related technical and site execution issues.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated and issued within project timelines.
• Work on luxury villas, hospitality projects (3*, 5*, 7*) and corporate interiors.
• Maintain documentation and drawing records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint for documentation and presentation.
