Job summary

Iassess Consultants is seeking an experienced AutoCAD Drafter specializing in Millwork, FF&E, or Interior Design to translate design intent into precise production-ready drawings for hospitality projects.

You will collaborate with design leads to deliver technical documentation supporting manufacturing, procurement, and installation, ensuring buildable, quality-compliant drawings across guest areas and public spaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3.5 years of professional drafting experience in Interior Design, FF&E, or Millwork.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; strong drafting evidence required.
• Solid grasp of materials, finishes, and furniture/millwork construction methods.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• FF&E drafting and millwork detailing from design concepts, sketches, and specifications.
• Floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D layouts for guest areas and public spaces.
• Furniture and finish schedules with detailed component callouts.
• Coordination with architectural, MEP, and structural backgrounds to resolve clashes.
• Incorporation of redlines and markups with accurate revision tracking.
• Maintenance of drawing standards, layering conventions, and templates.
• Support for submittal packages, sample boards, and procurement documentation.
• Collaboration with manufacturing partners to ensure buildable, quality-compliant drawings.

About the Role
