Qualifications

• Prepare detailed interior drawings including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, joinery details, and millwork drawings.
• Develop drawings from design briefs, sketches, and concept presentations.
• Produce construction documents and coordinated drawing sets for tender and execution.
• Revise drawings based on design changes, client feedback, and site conditions.
• Coordinate drawings with architectural, MEP, and structural layouts to avoid clashes.
• Ensure drawings comply with relevant building codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Assist in preparation of material schedules, furniture layouts, and finish documentation.
