Job summary

Aamrakunj Realty is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to develop concepts, layouts and mood boards for projects in Ahmedabad. The role involves creating 2D drawings, elevations and ceiling plans, as well as producing 3D renders using industry-standard tools.

The candidate will select materials, coordinate with architects and contractors, and monitor site execution to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards and presentations.
• Prepare 2D working drawings, furniture layouts, elevations and ceiling plans.
• Create 3D designs/renders using relevant software.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and accessories.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors and site teams.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor execution as per approved designs.
• Check quality, measurements, materials and finishing work.
• Assist with BOQs, estimates, quotations and cost-effective material selection.
• Resolve design and execution issues at site.
• Ensure projects are completed as per quality standards and timelines.
