Shreenathji Enterprises in Navi Mumbai invites a candidate to join our team for real estate customer lifecycle support. The role focuses on documentation, data entry, and maintaining records while coordinating with sales and accounts.

You will learn bookings, payments, agreements, and post-sales activities, with emphasis on accurate MIS reporting and timely follow-ups.

Formación

• Prior experience in real estate projects preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel; basic MIS knowledge.
• Understanding of accounting terms and calculations.
• Data entry and documentation proficiency.
• Willingness to learn the complete customer lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Support learning of the complete real estate customer lifecycle from booking to postsales.
• Handle payment follow-up and collection.
