Job summary

I-Stay Housing in Mumbai (Andheri East) is looking for an experienced Real Estate CRM specialist to manage customer interactions from booking to possession. You will coordinate bookings, payments, documentation, and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is required, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will maintain MIS and CRM records, address customer queries, and help ensure smooth project handovers in a fast-paced real estate

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in Real Estate CRM.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong customer handling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the real estate customer lifecycle from booking to possession.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and customer-focused.
• Available for immediate or early joining.
