Junior Business Process Specialist - Remote

We’re looking for a Jr. Business Process Management Specialist who is passionate about analyzing workflows, improving processes, and supporting internal teams with automation and productivity enhancements. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to streamline operations, set up automation workflows, and ensure business processes run with maximum efficiency.

📈 Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 INR/month (depends on experience)

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Take ownership of change requests raised by internal teams
• Develop, document, and implement process improvement plans
• Communicate process updates and ensure team alignment
• Train employees on new workflows, procedures, or tools
• Set up workflows and automation in various project management & CRM platforms (Jira, Trello, Monday.com, SharePoint, etc.) [Comment - Deep experience in workflow understanding on Monday Priority, others are Clickup, Trello or Asana]
• Prepare reports, findings, and best‑practice documents for management
• Observe daily workplace activities to identify efficiency gaps
• Support employee training and development initiatives
• Implement new technologies to enhance productivity
• Analyze cost–benefit impacts of proposed process changes

Ideal Candidate

• Strong understanding of BPMN
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Monday.com)
• Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, Jira Automations, Butler, Monday.com Automations, Zapier
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to understand workflows, identify gaps, and propose solutions
• Detail‑oriented with good documentation skills
• Experience with workflow automation tools like Zapier, Make, n8n or similar

Availability

• Full‑time (Monday to Friday)
• 40 hours/week
• 8 hrs/day — 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Available for DSM on every Tuesday at 1 PM
