The Sr. Business Analysts role at Dynatron Software is crucial in maintaining and enhancing multiple applications and processes. This hybrid role blends business analysis expertise with project coordination. The Sr. Business Analyst will ensure system health and maintenance through activities such as: comprehensive data driven analysis, feature prioritization, and implementation. This role acts as a liaison between business and technology teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements. Collaborating with various business departments and engineering partners, the Sr. Business Analyst will gather and prioritize application and stakeholder requirements, application vision, and ultimately deliver successfully prioritized features.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst utilizing project methodologies to drive timelines.
• Strong experience and knowledge of business requirement documentation creation and management.
• Hands-on experience coordinating and performing UAT testing.
• Experience with process engineering methodologies (As-Is and To-Be process mapping).
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for multi-stakeholder alignment, simplifying complex analysis through storytelling, and producing high-quality documentation.
• Ability to synthesize business pain points and people/process/technology issues to formulate proposals for remediation.
• Proficient in Google Slides and Sheets, JIRA, Confluence, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage workload efficiently, meet deadlines, and add value by exceeding expectations.
• Excellent listening, questioning, and communication skills.
• Flexible, able to multi-task, switch contexts, and prioritize effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and aptitude for learning new concepts.

Bonus: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into detailed requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Address technical issues and discrepancies reported by users.
• Enhance customer experience by addressing gaps.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and end-to-end testing.
• Gather and analyze requirements based on technical environments.
• Synthesize data into insights and recommendations.
• Lead UAT planning and execution, including script writing and sign-off.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for Go-Live and support.
• Manage project communication and change management.

Schedule Expectations:

• Critical hours for collaboration: 6:30 PM - 11:30 PM IST, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST, etc.
• Additional hours flexible before or after core hours.

Key Considerations:

• This is a remote independent contractor position, with no physical office in India.
• You are responsible for taxes, benefits, and own health insurance.
• Provision for holidays and PTO included.
• Initial contract is 12 months, with potential re-evaluation.

Compensation Range: $30,000 USD / 26 Lakhs INR
