Job summary

Mettler-Toledo International, Inc invites applications for an entry-level documentation and illustration role based in Mumbai. You will collect, categorize, and produce service documentation for equipment similar to MT, creating illustrations using Illustrator and InDesign templates, while coordinating with technical teams to capture product features and instructions.

The role requires a Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical/Electronics/Instrumentation with fresher experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect and categorize the service documentation of manufacturers/sellers of equipment.
• Create illustrations in .ai and .eps format using Adobe Illustrator.
• Create documents using authoring tools like Schema ST4, InDesign.
• Collaborate with technical team to document product features and requirements.
• Read service instructions to calibrate and adjust third-party products.
• Translate service instructions into templates using symbols, icons, and pictograms.
• Proofread and upload completed documents to a document library.

• Collect and categorize the service documentation of Manufactures/sellers of equipment similar to MT, by manufacturer and product family.
• Create illustration in .ai format and .eps format by using Adobe illustrator.
• Creating documents by using authoring tools like Schema ST4, InDesign
• Work alongside technical team to understand products features, document requirements and use knowledge to produce high quality user documentation.
• Performing changes as per client requirements. Read the service documentation and understand the service instructions needed to calibrate and adjust the third party products
• Translate the service instructions to specified Template using library of symbols, icons, and pictograms.
• Proof‑read and upload completed document to a document library
