Qualifications

• B.Com or M.Com degree required.

Responsibilities

• Upload customer invoices on various portals.
• Meet defined productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain regular communication with Business Unit personnel to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve pending and disputed cases.
• Participate in monthly reviews with internal/external stakeholders in absence of team leader.
• Manage mailbox
• Create daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
• Provide backup support for critical resources during absences.
