Job summary

Role Description

The Architect will work full time on-site at the Studio ORCHIVIZ office in Bhubaneswar, contributing to architectural design, visualization, and project coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings, and collaborating on detailed 3D models and renderings for client presentations. The Architect will integrate design intent with visualization workflows, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and support the refinement of projects based on client feedback. The role also involves ensuring alignment between architectural design standards and studio quality benchmarks, contributing to documentation, and helping manage timelines and deliverables for multiple ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear plans and visualizations.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration related to design and visualization tools, enabling smooth workflows between different platforms.
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams or clients.
• Comfort with architectural visualization software (e.g., CAD, BIM tools, 3D modeling and rendering applications) and openness to working with AI-assisted design tools.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field, with relevant professional or internship experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and discuss design ideas clearly with clients and colleagues.
• Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Experience with international or high-end residential/commercial projects is an advantage.
