Role Description The Junior Architect role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Chandigarh. The person in this role will assist in conceptualizing and developing architectural designs, preparing drawings and 3D models, and supporting the production of detailed construction documents. Day‑to‑day tasks include coordinating with senior architects, gathering requirements, conducting site visits, and helping ensure designs align with local regulations and client expectations. The Junior Architect will also participate in project meetings, contribute to design reviews, and support basic project coordination and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to support concept development and technical drawings.
• Basic understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, and digital workflows.
• Ability to assist with Project Management tasks, including documentation, scheduling support, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with presentation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification, with eligibility to work as an architect‑in‑training or intern architect as per local regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to learn quickly in a collaborative studio environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work on‑site with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
