Architectural Visualizer (3D)

The Architectural Visualizer (3D) will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings that accurately depict architectural designs and concepts. Working closely with our design and project teams, the visualizer will translate architectural drawings and specifications into photorealistic images and animations that effectively communicate design intent and captivate clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling and Rendering
  • Create detailed 3D models of architectural designs, interior spaces, and building elements using industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender.
  • Apply materials, textures, lighting, and atmospheric effects to 3D models to achieve realistic and visually stunning renderings.
  • Produce high-quality still images, panoramic views, and animations that showcase architectural designs from various perspectives and angles.
  • Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and specifications to develop visual concepts and compositions that effectively convey design ideas and narratives.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to understand project objectives, design intent, and client preferences.
  • Provide creative input and suggestions for enhancing visualizations and elevating the overall quality of architectural presentations.
• Post-Production and Editing
  • Perform post-production tasks such as image editing, color correction, and compositing to refine and enhance rendered images.
  • Compile and edit rendered images and animations into cohesive presentations and marketing materials for client meetings, presentations, and project proposals.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in visualizations across different media and platforms, including print, web, and multimedia presentations.
• Quality Assurance and Workflow Optimization
  • Conduct quality control checks on visualizations to ensure accuracy, realism, and adherence to project specifications and design standards.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, techniques, and technologies in architectural visualization and incorporate them into workflow processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows, optimize rendering settings, and implement best practices for project management and file organization.
