Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Delhi, India. The Architect will develop concept designs, detailed drawings, and technical documentation for residential and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with the studio’s design philosophy and sustainability goals. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients to understand project requirements, refining design solutions, and presenting design proposals and revisions. The role involves collaborating with consultants, contractors, and vendors, overseeing project execution, and supporting site supervision to maintain design quality and timelines. The Architect will also work with digital tools and design software, contribute to material research, and assist in integrating innovative and contextually relevant design strategies into each project.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client needs into coherent concepts and detailed plans.


• Experience with Software Development and Integration in the context of architectural workflows, design tools, or BIM/coordination platforms.


• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.


• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite) and strong visualization skills.


• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or eligibility is an advantage.


• Knowledge of sustainable design principles, local materials, and construction practices, particularly within the Indian context.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, consultants, and site teams.


• Attention to detail, a strong design sensibility, and portfolio demonstrating high-quality, contextually sensitive work.
