Job summary

Tata Communications in Chennai seeks a candidate with 0–1 year in Telecom/ISP to support delivery of services for international customers. You will handle OLO delivery management, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure installations meet SLAs.

You will manage end-to-end order processes, escalate issues when needed, and maintain clear customer communications to keep clients informed. Strong teamwork and proactive ownership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 0 to 1 year experience in Telecom/ISP domain.
• Basic understanding of telecom standards & protocols.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of services for international customers.
• OLO - Delivery Management.
• Supplier coordination for service delivery.
• Ensures that all installation functions are performed in a timely fashion to meet agreed SLAs.
• Perform escalation management, wherever necessary and in case project is in jeopardy.
• Customer communications and KCIs (Keep Customer Informed).
• Ensure customer-end service readiness.
• End to end order management for smooth delivery.
• Co-ordinating with suppliers and securing field resources for priority orders and follow escalation matrix.
