Job summary

Solar Square Energy Pvt. Ltd. in Pune is seeking a Solar Technician Service Hero to perform solar panel maintenance and troubleshooting in the field. You will visit multiple customer sites daily and ensure optimal system performance with timely reports.

Ideal candidates hold 12th/ITI/Diploma, are willing to travel, and have a bike with a valid license. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge are welcome; immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualification: 12th / ITI / Diploma.
• Age: 19–30 years.
• Bike & valid driving license: mandatory.
• Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform solar panel maintenance and servicing.
• Identify and troubleshoot solar panel-related problems.
• Carry out parts cleaning and basic technical maintenance.
• Visit approximately 6–7 customer/site locations daily.
• Spend a minimum of 1 hour at each assigned site.
• Ensure optimal performance of solar systems.
• Handle customer queries and provide effective service.
• Maintain good customer relationships and customer satisfaction.
• Submit daily site visit/service reports as required.
