Job summary

Swastik Group Of Industries in Jaipur seeks an Installation Technician to handle installation, testing, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of solar panels, LED lighting systems, and LED TVs at residential, commercial, and project sites.

The role requires hands‑on wiring, mounting, and safety‑compliant work, with travel to customer sites as needed. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may be considered.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in solar, electrical, LED, or LED TV installation is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to customer/project sites.

Responsibilities

• Install solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, cables, connectors, and related equipment.
• Carry out electrical wiring and connections safely and according to installation requirements.
• Install LED lights, fixtures, drivers, switches, and other lighting equipment.
• Install and mount LED TVs securely on walls, stands, or designated structures.
• Perform TV setup, cable connections, power connections, and basic configuration.
• Check TV display, sound, connectivity, and overall functionality after installation.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of solar and LED systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic electrical, wiring, and installation issues.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Installation Technician to handle the installation, testing, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of solar panels, LED lighting systems, and LED TVs at residential, commercial, and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Install solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, cables, connectors, and related equipment.
• Carry out electrical wiring and connections safely and according to installation requirements.
• Install LED lights, fixtures, drivers, switches, and other lighting equipment.
• Install and mount LED TVs securely on walls, stands, or designated structures.
• Perform TV setup, cable connections, power connections, and basic configuration.
• Check TV display, sound, connectivity, and overall functionality after installation.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of solar and LED systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic electrical, wiring, and installation issues.
• Perform repair, replacement, and maintenance work when required.
• Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, drills, and electrical testing equipment safely.
• Follow technical drawings, installation instructions, and safety procedures.
• Ensure proper finishing,alignment, and cleanliness of all installations.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians to complete installations on time.
• Maintain installation tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Travel to customer and project sites as required.
• Follow all electrical and work-at-height safety guidelines.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in solar, electrical, LED, or LED TV installation is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and connections.
• Knowledge of wall mounting and installation tools.
• Ability to use basic electrical and testing equipment.
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors.
• Physically fit and able to perform field installation work.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer/project sites.
• Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.
