Store Executive / Store Person (1–3 Years Experience)
Job Description
Position Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive / Store Person with 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical stores or warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining materials in compliance with GMP guidelines while ensuring accurate inventory records and smooth coordination with production, procurement, and quality teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, packing materials, consumables, and finished goods.
- Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions and maintain accurate records.
- Perform material receipt, issue, and inventory transactions in ERP/SAP or inventory management systems.
- Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and inventory documentation.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and material identification as per GMP requirements.
- Follow FEFO/FIFO principles for material storage and issuance.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, and Procurement departments for smooth material flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area in accordance with GMP and safety guidelines.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and inventory records.
- Report inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical store and warehouse operations.
- Understanding of GMP, GDP, and inventory management practices.
- Experience in material receipt, storage, and issuance.
- Familiarity with ERP/SAP or inventory management software.
- Knowledge of FEFO/FIFO inventory principles.
- Good documentation and record-keeping practices.
Soft Skills
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a Pharmaceutical Store, Warehouse, or Inventory Management.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP/SAP inventory systems.
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and warehouse safety practices.
- Experience in stock reconciliation and inventory audits
