Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Store Executive / Store Person with 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical stores or warehouse operations to manage material receipt, storage and issuance in compliance with GMP guidelines.

You will maintain accurate inventory records, perform stock verification, and coordinate with QA, Production and Procurement, ensuring smooth material flow and strict documentation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Pharmaceutical Store, Warehouse, or Inventory Management.
  • GMP, GDP and inventory practices knowledge.
  • Experience with ERP/SAP inventory systems.
  • Stock reconciliation and inventory audits experience.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and store raw materials, packing materials, consumables, and finished goods.
  • Issue materials to production per requisitions and maintain records.
  • Record material receipt, issue, and inventory transactions in ERP/SAP or inventory management systems.
  • Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and documentation.
  • Conduct periodic stock verification and cycle counting for accuracy.
  • Ensure proper storage per GMP requirements.
  • Follow FEFO/FIFO principles for storage and issuance.
  • Coordinate with QA, QC, Production and Procurement for smooth material flow.
  • Keep store area clean and comply with GMP/safety guidelines.
  • Assist audits with required documentation and inventory records.
  • Report inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions.

Job Description
Position Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive / Store Person with 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical stores or warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining materials in compliance with GMP guidelines while ensuring accurate inventory records and smooth coordination with production, procurement, and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, packing materials, consumables, and finished goods.
  • Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform material receipt, issue, and inventory transactions in ERP/SAP or inventory management systems.
  • Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and inventory documentation.
  • Conduct periodic stock verification and cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions and material identification as per GMP requirements.
  • Follow FEFO/FIFO principles for material storage and issuance.
  • Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, and Procurement departments for smooth material flow.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area in accordance with GMP and safety guidelines.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and inventory records.
  • Report inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions.

Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical store and warehouse operations.
  • Understanding of GMP, GDP, and inventory management practices.
  • Experience in material receipt, storage, and issuance.
  • Familiarity with ERP/SAP or inventory management software.
  • Knowledge of FEFO/FIFO inventory principles.
  • Good documentation and record-keeping practices.

Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a Pharmaceutical Store, Warehouse, or Inventory Management.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP/SAP inventory systems.
  • Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and warehouse safety practices.
  • Experience in stock reconciliation and inventory audits
