What You’ll Do

• Run and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Help generate quality leads, sales, and measurable growth for clients
• Track campaign performance and optimize regularly
• Work on targeting, retargeting, budget planning, and ad strategy
• Coordinate with our design, content, and client teams
• Share performance reports and suggest improvements

Who We’re Looking For

• Someone with hands‑on experience in paid ads
• Good understanding of audience targeting and campaign optimization
• Knows how to improve CTR, CPL, ROAS, and overall performance
• Familiar with:
  • Google Analytics / GA4
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Meta Pixel/conversion tracking
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Can manage multiple projects without losing track

Bonus Points If You Have

• Agency experience
• Understanding of landing pages / CRO
• A proactive mindset and hunger to grow
