Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or BE/B.Tech in related fields.
• Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of TPM and IATF/VDA quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement 5S and TPM pillars at supplier end with continuous improvement.
• Conduct training for blue-collar personnel at supplier sites.
• Analyze and drive PQCDSM improvements at the supplier end.
• Support Kanban/VSM implementation and align with TPM suppliers.
• Support plant PRC team to avoid material shortages and improve productivity.

Job Purpose:

Sourcing: - To improve capability of supplier by implementing Operation Excellence Methodology of TPM for overall improvement in operating result of PQCDSME. Implement supplier improvement initiatives from customer and Advik as well

Principal Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• 1. Expertise to implement 5S, TPM 8 pillar,4M change, Poka Yoke and QSR etc. at Supplier end with continues Improvement.
• 2. Expertise to conduct training and trained Blue collar people at supplier end.
• 4. Expertise in analysis and continuous improvement and achieve PQCDSM at supplier end
• 5. Implementing a comprehensive supply chain strategy as per management guidelines
• 6. Support to KANBAN/VSM implementation at supplier
• 7. Support to plant PRC team and ensure no material shortage from TPM Suppliers.
• 8. Increase YOY Productivity at supplier end
• 9. Set Benchmark for all commodity at TPM Suppliers
• 10. Support on New Product Development and IPC control for Quality, Delivery and cost
• 11. Responsible for Kaizen competition of TPM Supplier
