Job summary

Niyukti Systems, Inc. is seeking a Post-Sales Manager in Life Insurance in Odisha. The position offers a salary of about 4 lac per year plus reimbursements and incentives and requires 3–14 years in sales across finance sectors.

The incumbent will identify and recruit advisors, train and monitor their performance, and ensure achievement of sales targets while maintaining activity trackers and regular reviews.

Qualifications
